This study aims to determine the influence of Engagement and Work Discipline on Improving Employee Performance at PT Taspen (Persero) Bekasi. This study uses engagement (X1) and work discipline (X2) as independent variables, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. This study uses  census method, which is to take all the population in the study respondents.  The number of respondents is 40 people.  The data obtained is the primary data obtained from the results of the respondent on the questionnaire that has been distributed. Data processing techniques using partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). This study uses SPSS version 22 statistical test equipment. The results obtained in this study indicate that engagement is  partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and engagement and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.
